Welcome to the theatre of the wild and the land of lava, springs and man-eaters. On this safari you will be able to view various species of wild game including the lion, leopard, cheetah, the elephant and a host of other plains animals. You will also be able to see attractions like, lava flows, caves and the famous and beautiful Mzima Springs.
Day 1: Nairobi City or Mombasa-Tsavo East National Park:
Pick up from the hotel and a safari briefing from our driver guide then depart for Tsavo East National Park arriving in time for an early lunch then enjoy an afternoon game drive having a chance to see wildlife like all big 5. Tsavo East is home to all of the Big Five. The park is a stronghold for elephants, and you’ll commonly find them with a reddish appearance from the distinctive red soil of the area. Tsavo is also famous for its maneless lions. The most localized of the many dry-country specials that can be found here is the fringe-eared oryx. The big cats, lions are most easily spotted. Buffalo, zebra and plenty of Masai giraffes are some of the other animals you can expect to see. In the evening drive on to Tsavo West National Park and check in at the Ngulia Safari lodge.

Day 2: Tsavo West National Park-Nairobi or Mombasa:
From the sight of fifty million gallons of crystal clear water gushing out of from the under parched lava rock that is the Mzima Springs to the Shetani lava flows, Tsavo West is a beautiful, rugged wilderness. The savannah ecosystem comprises of open grasslands, scrublands, and Acacia woodlands, belts of riverine vegetation and rocky ridges including the Poacher’s Lookout where visitors can see the teeming herds in the plains below. Tsavo West offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world and attractions include elephant, rhino, Hippos, lions, cheetah, leopards, Buffalos, diverse plant and bird species including the threatened corncrake and near threatened Basra Reed Warbler. Pre-breakfast game drive so as to have a chance of seeing the early predators. After Breakfast then, final game drives en-route to Nairobi City or Mombasa arriving late in the afternoon.
