Sadaani National Park is the only park where you can encounter some of the larger species of wildlife while wandering along a sandy beach. Saadani is the only park in which the beach meets the bush! Sadaani National Park hosts a large population of hippo, crocodile, flamingo, and many other large species of bird.

Day 1: Zanziba Island-Saadani National Park:

Depart by flight at 0900am to Saadani National Park arrival at 0915am will enjoy an exciting short fligh from Zanzibar to Saadani National Park. You will enjoy your picnic lunch. You will arrive at the Wami River for an exciting boat trip with the chance to see many wild animals along the river banks drinking water. You will also view giant crocodile and many species of waterfowl. You will take part in a late evening game drive in the park where you will have the chance to see elephant, zebra, giraffe, waterbuck, lion, leopard, hyena and many more! You will return to camp for dinner and your overnight stay at the Tanapa Cottages.

Day 2: Saadani National Park-Full Day Game Drive:

After an early breakfast, with a boxed lunch in hand, you will take off on an exciting game drive in the park. You will have the time to view the beauty of the park that hosts a large population of hippo, crocodile, flamingo, and many large variety of bird species. Giraffe and wildebeest can be spotted and elephants have been seen playing on the beach. You game drive will last through the late afternoon where you will then drive to your lodge to enjoy dinner and your overnight stay at the Tanapa Cottages.

Day 3: Saadani National Park – Dar es Salaam:

After an early breakfast you will enjoy your last game drive in the park through till noon the flight at 1100am. You will then drive back to Zanzibar, arriving at 1100am This is where your safari will end.
